Mr. McCombs,
I do not own property in The Reserve yet I do have a boat slip in the marina. We joined the Cypress Club for the amenities; being able to use the loevwly pool and the promised foodservice operations at the pool and Cypress Club.

Since its inception, this property has been marketed to the public as having an equestrian amenity. It is unfair to the homeowners to change that, as for many, that was the major attraction of living there.

Not every square inch of land needs to be turned into housing, industry, retail, etc. The Center is unique. Keep it.

My 5 year old loves horses and the reserve and Kelly the trainer brought that alive for her. She will be broken hearted if this place closes down. All her dreams of being a horse trainer started here

When we bought into the Reserve, Donnie Garcia explained to us that the Equestrian Center is what made the development unique and justified the high prices of the properties as compared to other communities on the Lake. You have defrauded everyone that has bought property in the Reserve.

Isn't a breech of contract to screw over your residence? I guess in your world your word means absolutely nothing except that when money is to be made you can peruse that instead of being reputable.

There is no excuse for this. There are any number of large equine industry interests that could keep this facility open and offer enhanced opportunities. McCombs Enterprises needs to put forth a viable proposal for a positive action that will preserve this landmark facility.

The fact that this is even a possibility is ludicrous! The equestrian center is one of our most favorite things about the Reserve. It sets the community apart and has such a positive effect on so many.

Please keep the equestrian center! Not only have my daughters rode there, but how sad to drive into the Reserve and see cottages replacing the beautiful arena and barn. Such a gem for the neighborhood.
