it.s unthinkable to say the priory will be demolished. Its a public landmark.To replace it with flats or houses will take away our heritage. This building is beautiful. Litherland won,t be the same without it,surely there is a solution to this dilemma.

You cannot prune a tree in this area without planning permission and the formal notification of neighbours, so, how on earth has planning permission been granted for this historic building to be demolished and replaced with yet more housing. Well that's an interesting question?

This building is over 200 years old and is mentioned repeatedly in local history dialogues. The whole of our local area is a mass on housing, there is very little character or open space left. There are few social amenities and it is a crime that yet another local site or character is being demolished and set for profit making housing. This is appalling mis handling of local planning
