If you wanted to raise money for this, just charge for tours. SO many people want to get inside this building. I love the idea of cleaning it up and saving it.

I too, love this building. I'd like to play my Theremin in there. Cool, eerie, and haunting... If it can be cleaned up, it should be cleaned up.
