A REAL diamond in the rough! A true gem that needs full restoration/reuse. This reminds me of a combination of Bates Motel main home meets the Addams Family /Munsters!lol So very cool and I've seen this house for over 50 years. Sure hope it can be saved.

It sounds like a difficult case, but I'd like to see an attempt made to save this building. I'm always delighted to see historic buildings in any city - they can be incredible resources.
