I would pay $50 for a guided tour of the inside of this building. I would pay $100 to be admitted to the party in that building celebrating its restoration. And why aren't the corporations that polluted the land financially responsible for cleaning up their mess?!

This is a beautiful building. Every time I drive down highway 30, this building stands out to me. It is a landmark, a thing of beauty in the middle of industrial wasteland.
