This is a lovely area and the parks and open spaces are what makes it very special. I hope they don’t kill a good thing as it exists now.

We don’t need new development we need reinvestment to out community!!! Redistribution of resources away from capital and police!

There’s enough done to the waterfront. Get more creative and build something people want to look at with the water.

This expansion to make way for more pricey development is a classic bait and switch. The developer was told no for this at early inception. That NO needs to stand.

Township Commons and the shoreline are public spaces which should be kept that way

Oakland deserves Brooklyn Basin park and open spaces FOR ALL PEOPLE. The developer has been able to build what they want, we need to keep for the people what we deserve. Stop developers from trampling on Oaklanders to serve their $ bottom line. There are plenty of available boat slip around the estuary. We do not need more. don't ruin the park. Improve habitat and marshland at waters edge. Environmental restoration helps every one and every thing.
