Seeing this kind of movement around the bridge is exhausting yet incredibly validating. I am starting to believe that we can actually force them to pay attention to our history.

Please leave the bridge alone. Isn't it heritage protected? If not it should be. Other bridges eg Ross and Richmond have plenty of money spent on them. This is also well worth protecting. It is such a landmark - an important part of Scamander and the east coast.

This is a great piece of Scamanders history, I grew up in Scamander and it's a great place to fish from and safer to walk across compared to the new bridge. Please leave it alone!

If the bridge was to removed guess what. The remaining bridge will have signs appear prohibiting fishing from the walkway. Leave the old bridge alone

Keep the bridge!! There are no other decent fishing spots in scamander especially to go with kids and have them safe away from traffic.

I remember driving over this lovely bridge - it needs to be kept as an iconic feature for Scamander. Also the main water pipe feeding the majority of Scamander runs along side this bridge. Again another feature which would be lost forever if destroyed. Locals and visitors alike use this for recreation.

Please leave the bridge alone, it has been around for longer than most of the buildings in Scamander. A true piece of history that can never be replaced

Council should be leading the way to save an iconic landmark.
