Most adult adventures have risk involved and you have to sign a paper that you know about them. If people want to come there they should be allowed to.

There are more people injured or killed at bricks off road park in one day then there are all summer at the off sets. I feel compassion for the families that have lost loved ones at the off sets the same as I feel badly for the lives lost at bricks or even in car crashes. It’s sad when people get hurt or loss someone they love, but with that being said it was also their “adult” choice to behave carelessly. I have been to the off sets once and once only

I wish people would stop regulating what i choose to do with my free time. Butt out! If i am free jumping i understand that i can get hurt. Its my responsibility to take precautions or not go. NO one is making me drive the 45 min there, pay a fee to enter, and forcing me to get into the water.

Liability waivers are signed when you come to the offsets. They shouldn't be responsible for others irresponsibly choices on their property. This is a beautiful place my husband and I have gone to almost every summer for the last 16 years.
