I have been to the offsets so many times well to many to count. Somehow I followed the rules and look I am a live. If people had the common sense to follow rules like they are supposed to ths accidents wouldn't be so high. It's the rule breakers who know they shouldn't because their actions will harm or cause death that break these and cause the issue
