I am for saving the Offsets. I have never been there, but at some point people must assume responsibility for their own actions, and not lay blame onto someone else. I hope you are successful in keeping this open for the many who enjoy it!

It is a great place to go.. Enjoyed going there when I was a youngster! It's a great place for kids to get away and have fun!

There are many risks in all outdoor activities. I'm an avid mountain biker....I do it knowing I'm taking a risk with every ride - that is my choice. If we allow this to happen at one recreational location this, eventually, can happen to many of our other parks, rivers, and any outdoor recreation facilities/parks.

The Offsets is not the only thing they have taken or try to take... Elephant Rocks swimming period, jumping off the cliff at Bonehole, Leadwood Beach...it's horrible, it will continue because we live under tyrants, and tyrants only recognize force or aggression and we as a society are to weak to show either. I have had a blast at the Offsets and have signed the petition but Buzz, if they have you in the guise scope of safety... I will be sure to spend as much time there as possible this year!!!!

If you don't like what other people enjoy, just don't particapate, it's just that easy! We can't allow people to dictate how we enjoy our life When no laws are being broken !

I dont get to go nearly as often, but have been going to the offsets since atleast 2011 if not earlier and have nothing but great experiences, death can happen anywhere, dont take away one of my favorite summer places because of people who dont know how to take care of themselves accordingly

Accidents happen especially when people make bad choices. It should not affect everybody else.
