My friend is a ocean enginer who has preached how a breakwall would cause more erosion than prevent. I hope RI isnt pushing another contractor favor behind closed doors. This mistake would haunt us forever.

The Town of South Kingstown and Town Manager Steve Alfred are out of control. Alfred is paid almost $170,000 per year to torment hard working small businesspersons. He is the epitome of what is wrong in Rhode Island.
