As a South Kingston resident and Ocean Mist regular I am appalled. How could our Town Council possibly justify such a change to our shoreline? Why would we endanger a R.I. landmark?
Where can we get more information about what the town is proposing?

I have been going to "the Mist" for over 20 years and have seen the drastic changes in the shoreline. Where we used to play volleyball is now all ocean and no more beach. The Ocean Mist is a true RI jewel and needs to be saved and Kevin's future and his employees future is at stake.

The Ocean Mist helps boost the local economy, especially on Sunday afternoons. Some bands bring hundreds of people who spend lots of money in the area, not just at the Mist. It would be a shame and a major dent in the areas economy. Save the Mist!!

Please save the Ocean Mist by saving the Ocean Mist you will save tax dollars and jobs which in turn create tax dollar revenues for our cities and state.
Dont let this place close...its one of last REAL beach bars left in New Englnd !!! Why is it even being considered DONT CLOSE THE MIST !!!!!

I am from Spain and I really love the Oceanmist it reminds me of back home in Spain I always feel at home when I am here its truly apart of R.I. and its people who live here:)
