if this goes through, it will be a classic example of the politicians with the taxpayer want. I do not want my tax dollars spent on this in a private business man is willing to pay to save his business and our infrastructure.

To close the mist hurts the town and the economy. It is one of the best places in south county to go. What is the town of south kingstown thinking. Or more important I wonder what the voters will be thinking on Election Day.. To every one call your reps and voice your opinion

The beach is already gone. The wall will actually SAVE Matunuck! It needs to be extended all the way to Deep Hole, and I am SURE that MOST property owners will contribute to the project!

Do not construct the sheetpile wall. The Ocean Mist and Tara's are treasured local landmarks and tourist destinations, and are essential parts of the character of Matunuck. SAVE THESE BUSINESSES and the private landowners who will also be adversely affected. Rebuild the OLD SEAWALL, and vote down the proposed new one!
