There has to be a way to find a win-win in this circumstance. A way to preserve the history and nostalgic charm the Ocean Mist and Tara's Tippery Tavern have and continue to provide the local residents and visitors. As far has we have come in engineering, planning & execution of safety for the coast line, there must be an alternative outcome that serves both interests!
