Is there anybody else that would be interested in organizing a protest outside of the Westin until the lawsuit is dropped? Think about how many people wanna stay at a hotel that has a huge, loud, angry mob rallying outside of it.

The Westin bullying the little guy due to their horrible due dilligence and poor engineering is unacceptable. Go Nook and go live music!

This is what is killing our music scene. As a native Austinite I think that the Westin should drop this lawsuit or face the consequences of locals staging a boycott on this establishment.

It is wrong for a large cooperation or chain to come in and try to ruin small businesses in our city. We are music capital and they should have picked another location.

It is robustly ignorant and damaging to your reputation if you decide to pick a fight with a local small business' of our beloved town. We as the people will give you one warning do not lose our trust we can shut you down real swift like.

White Lodging whom owns and operates Westin Downtown Austin ALSO sued the City of Austin a few years ago over a dispute with their construction of the JW Marriott...
