Without venues like the nook... Austin wouldn't need your hotel. Tell them to go to domain location

As a local Austinite, The Nook is and always has been one of the best club venues downtown (especially since they put in the overhang and heating for winter weather and rain)! The Westin should get off their high horse and leave 6th street alone.

As a long time down town property owner and resident, I truly value The Nook. When I have friends in from out of town, it is one of the locations I like to take them to see what Austin is famous for... live music!

Born and raised in this unique city. Please, PLEASE do not try to fix what has clearly not been broken over the last 30+ years of music culture in Austin, Tx.

I'm going to build a cheap hotel next to the westin and charge 1000 a night, and sue them for taking all my business away.
