The Nook was established way before The Weston was built. Their lobby is even music related and the advertise being close to the music capital of the world, so why should The Nook be in jeopardy? They might as well shut down all the bars on the block, like Blind Pig, if noise is the problem.

This has got to stop! It's the very same unique culture that attracts these corporate companies to our city and then they turn around and bully small business. The Westin needs to be stopped! Please put the wishes of the people ahead of corporate! WE WERE HERE FIRST!

Don't build a hotel next to the busiest and loudest street in Austin and then complain about totally legal noise. Idiots.

The Westin has provided false information in regards to their installation of proper soundproofing - these claims against the Nook are unfounded and inaccurate, you cannot close the Nook.

The Nook has followed all the rules and is important to Downtown. Cookie cutter hotels are much easier to replace.
