I graduated from NHS in 1965. To be a Newton Brave was something to be proud of. I hope it will remain so.

We use to chant "We are the Braves - mighty, mighty Braves" What is wrong with that. That is showing bravery, strong group of people. This changing names because it sounds racist has just gone too far!

People Need to know the meaning of the word racist before making accusations. We were proud to be braves. I have never hated an entire race of people, and that’s what racist means, these people are idiots.
