I'm a licensed Realtor/Broker in the State of WI. Exceptions can be made to accommodate the tiny house movement. Communities need to redefine their definition of an RV, for a starter, as more and more of these types of problems are going to come up. This movement (tiny homes) is an attractive one for many reasons and is here to stay. Concessions should be considered and zoning and planning changes made to eliminate problems like this from reoccurring. Thank you.

The Tiny House movement is awesome! Ripon and other municipalities need to update their "codes and zoning" to recognize the changing of the times. The whole reasoning behind choosing the Tiny House life is to enjoy LIFE more, more financial freedom, focus on FAMILY and to live simply. This type of living should be encouraged, not discouraged. Wishing all the best with overcoming the legality hurdles. :)

The tiny house movement is growing. More and more communities are allowing tiny houses. Town of Talon let them stay.
