Save the Mustard Seed Tiny House from being evicted!

This is ridiculous over reach by the authorities, how is this in the public interest to evict people from the property of a willing land owner. How does this serve the community?

Let them keep their house! They are not doing anything wrong!

I know the Smiths from when they lived in Tucson. They are wonderful people and I'm sure are an asset to your community. This is a beautiful house and is set very gorgeously on the property. I don't understand why it can't sit where it is, as it's not a permanent structure. What if the owners owned a motor home? Please allow the Smiths to stay on their friend's property.

Your tiny house and location are absolutely beautiful and I know your family is a huge blessing to the people in Ripon! Praying they allow you to stay!

Variances on zoning laws are given all the time. There is NO GOOD REASON not to give them a variance on that zoning. They are not hurting anything.

I recently retired and I'm seriously considering downsizing to a Tiny house within the next couple of years. The house is on wheels and is not a permanent structure so parking it where there is another house should not be an issue. My parents have an RV and they park it next to there home. What's the difference? I hope you can get the city of Ripon to realize their error . . . !

A special use permit could be granted. Let them stay.

Let the Smith family keep their house where it is. People should not be penalized for finding a better, more cost effective way to live.

You should be commended for minimizing your footprint on the envirinment & realizing that we don't need more; what we need is less. There are serious problems in the world to focus our energies on, not this. I pray you are able to stay in your house & be an example to others.

Saw the story on nbc26 news & wanted to help the family keep their home & have the city/township work WITH them through the needed paperwork to make them legal.

I am thinking of going tinny as well! Sick and tired of the two foot thick rule book, dictating how everyone else should live. There needs to be regulation, but we are over regulated without exception.

It is time that Wisconsin moved into the modern age! I own 5 acres near Ripon and plan to build a tiny house in the future. Let's start a movement If you need help-count me in!

I love those tiny houses. If I had the opportunity I'd live in one myself.
