Maybe more people would be out of poverty if they were allowed to live in simple homes like this.

Couldn't this house on wheels be considered an RV rather than a permanent house?

I think Ripon needs to re-think how welcome new residents to the town. Also they should come up with alternate solutions instead of evicting. Growing up in Ripon I always enjoyed the small town feel of everyone helping one another. This should not be a problem but a way for the community to help another family out. Let's keep them in their home.

Towns and cities need to update their policies on housing, especially the building and use of Tiny Homes on properties already having at least one home. Get with the times - they are changing.

For goodness sake, leave people alone. What the property owner chooses to do with their land should be their business.

At least give them a chance to comply with ordinances to stay.

this is ridiculous. Ripon needs to change their zoning to accomodate tiny homes

If I had a tiny home I would like to see it next to my children, it is wrong for them to make them move just because they have a zoning problem if they are not causing a problem.
