If someone owns their own land, why is it wrong for them to build houses on it, after all it is 20 acres of land. They should be able to do anything they want with their own land!!! Isn't this America, the land of the free??

Seems like if they are hurting anyone leave them alone. For all anyone knows they could be paying him something to be on that property, after all they have to have water and electricity. Just another version of camping but not. Leave them alone. It would be good for Ripon. There really isn't much there with the cookie factory closed. Yes I'm from Wisconsin. Know it will.

Let the Mustard Seed Tiny House Stay. There are going to be a lot more tiny homes coming so your going to need to change the ordinance.

We have to take an honest assessment and ask ourselves if the zoning laws in place now serve the greater good of the community, In case case I guess not!

A real estate tax is already being collected from the original resident - reassess their personal property tax based on a 400 SF mobile home, which the Smith family could pay.

Ripon is a small town, comparative. I do not see why a family that is causing no harm cannot live in their tiny home.
