Besides the fact that 20 acres is ample room for a home plus a tiny home, No city, state or municipality, especially out in the country, where space is ample, should be able to dictate what a property owner is or is not allowed to have on their property, if it is hurting no one. This is ridiculous.

Zoning Commissioner- please extend this family some time and work with you on your zoning laws to allow this and other tiny homes.

The property looks very well kept and it's on plenty of land. Does Ripon not have anything better to do then try to hurt a families dreams? They should get to keep it. This is absurd.

There is 20 acres so there should be no reason that a tiny house can't be on some of the land. Work with the Smiths

We all know the real reason for this eviction. Governments get pissed off when they can't get their tax money. If this tiny home was bolted to a foundation on the property, they would happily tax it and let it be (if zoning permitted it). We need a revolt in this country. So tired of this nonsense.

Tiny houses are a way for both young families and elderly people to live independently and inexpensively and are a valuable resource. Please change outmoded zoning laws to allow tiny houses in your town.
