As a museum volunteer, I can attest having a road go through the land would be an enormous hindrance to our living history displays. We do what we do to honor all veterans of all wars and eras, both past, current, and future. Please consider re-routing the road so it will not affect the Museum of the American GI!

This is a very valuable community organization that needs to be preserved for future generations. Please reconsider running the road through their property.

This museum is a true Texas treasure, I have been participating here in reenactments for over ten years. The historical and educational value of The American Museum of the GI is truly priceless.

This museum and it's available land provide huge teaching if history to youth and adults. People stravel from out of state to be a part of the Museum's annual reenactment. Please do not devastate the Museum's capacity to show history live.

With all that veterans have given our country that the city, county and state are trying to steal their history is unconscionable.

This museum presents incredible pieces of History, and the only one which does a living history presentation in the form of Battle re-enactments using working wwi, wwii, and later, military equipment. It is an invaluable asset to the education of our youth as well as the generations who went before them. This Museum is a wonderful draw to this area and should nit be threatened.
