This change of use must NOT take place. It must be fought for.

Beautiful pub in a beautiful village- I have many happy memories of here from when I was young. The recent history of what happened to the place is criminal, it's got to get someone in who cares.

This is scandalous behavour I believe that it seemed to run in a manner to purposely close it down banning walkers, shooting and hunting people just for greed

This is an iconic pub and I believe it has been actively destroyed by its current owner for potential building uses

A village community needs a local and this one needs the Meynell as the country sporting pub is used to me. Muddy boots and soggy dogs welcome at any time of day.

it would be a disgrace to see this building knocked down or used for anything else other tha. a public hose.

I spent many a time in the Meynell meeting friends, especially one who has now since gone.

The Meynell is a massive part of my childhood and history my parents have used this place as their social hub for over over 30 years - there are restrictions and permissions on listed buildings - this is listed but from the hearts of the community which is now a another generation
