Barbecue joints are plentiful. A nice place to have a nice dinner - hard to come by.

We do not need a BBQ restaurant downtown on the square. The Melting Pot has been a favorite of our family for years. We would hate to see it move!

It's a great place and nice to have hete instead if driving an hour or more to get to onen.
So sick of bbq and sports bars opening.

We drive down to the Melting Pot in Ocala because we lost the Gainesville one years ago. If this goes, then there will be no more Melting Pots within driving distance for special occasions, which would be very sad for our family. Does Ocala really need another barbecue restaurant?

The Melting Pot is an elegant, delicious place for our community. I find it very sad that it would be shut down and ESPECIALLY for a BBQ restaurant? ? There is nothing like the Melting Pot in our community, but there are PLENTY of BBQ restaurants!!!!!

Such a sad situation. The down town square over the past several years had really become an enjoyable place. Very sad to see such an awesome Resturant go. More bbq Ocaa? I won't be going there
