If a tenant pays their rent on time and isn't a problem, it seems incredibly arbitrary and cruel to take away their lease and the LAST thing Ocala needs is yet another bbq place.

We need to save a great restaurant it's here in Ocala for anyone that's eaten there do you know how good the food is and how much fun you have when you're eating there for those who have not eaten there you need to do so and then sign the petition so we can keep this great restaurant here in Ocala we don't have enough good restaurants so go eat at the restaurant and then sign the petition so we can keep this restaurant here we don't have enough good ones now

the melting pot cant leave. its been a part of my life & my families life here in ocala for many Years. its been in that spot for so long that I cant even remember what used to be there. I always say if it ain't broke then dont fix it...another words, sign another lease please & allow the memories to continue to grow here in our home town... ocala!!!
