Melting Pot is a special restaurant for special occasions. If it's true that you want to replace it with a BBQ restaurant, that is CERTAINLY not needed. Please reconsider because I'm pretty sure many people won't be patronizing another BBQ restaurant.

Alyssa, this has nothing to do with Bubbaque's. There is another BBQ place coming in where The Melting Pot is and they will be right across the street from your new location.

Sounds like YOU need to learn the facts! The bbq place IS, in fact, going in the very location that the Melting Pot now sits, I believe that if the owners of the bbq decided to do the RIGHT THING and open their restaurant at a DIFFERENT Ocala location, many Ocalans would gladly patronize the new bbq. As it stands, the new restaurant will not be well received in this location. Heck, the publicity alone that would be gained by "doing the right thing" would be worth the effort on the bbq's part!!
