As a concert goer, this venue has always been home, and as a promoter, this has been my rock!
If it goes a piece of Atlanta History will go with it.

They should leave this alone. The Masquerade host different styles of music and events. These apartments are going to have the young community in them anyways. It's a historical spot and provides entertainment. Let them have something to do rather than get into trouble.

No way can you tear this iconic place down! It's a legend of music goers and performers. Shame on you for wanting to take this music venue away from music lovers!!

My adolescence was spent here and I still continue to see shows here. This building keeps the music scene alive in Atlanta, and it brews talent not seen anywhere else. PLEASE do not eradicate this building.

This can't happen!! Being one of those bands that played The Masquerade, and the first venue my band Hideouts(Ca) ever played in Atlanta, we were welcomed with open arms and felt such an amazing energy from the concert going community of the city. It gave us hope fir our band that there were still amazing venues and fans of music that could help keep the beat that moves our lives going. Don't let The Masquerade fall for some damn apartments/condos. If The Masquerade is torn down, so is a huge chunk of the musical community!
