I've been to several shows here over the years. It would be a shame to see such a huge part of the Atlanta music scene and Atlanta culture to be turned into apartment buildings.

the masquerade can not be torn down! It is a historical masterpiece that every one loves hanging out at to listen to music with someone just like them!

This venue has been such a huge part of the Atlanta music scene and has meant so much to so many people. It's one of the most historic buildings in use today in Atlanta. Tearing down this venue would hurt the culture and community of Atlanta and to an extent the entire state of Georgia.

My very first concert was here. I saved to buy tickets for both my sister and I to go. It is definitely my favorite venue now! Don't want to see it go!

This is one of the best and we'll know venues in the Atlanta area. I'm sure i f it goes many people will be upset. We must keep the music scene very much alive in Atlanta its part of the culture.

This is an absolute tragedy. If we destroy all the great reasons people love Atlanta, who the hell will want to live in all the apartments? Where do you stop? All I know, is certainly don't start here. This place is responsible for the birth of some great bands, memories, and in my opinion, an integral part of atlanta and it's music scene.
