No more over priced scrubbed down rental properties. Keep the bohemian feel and keep a cheap music venue. Developers are destroying ATL culture. Which is dirty and gritty and tough. Not what's being built now.

This is my favorite venue. Please don't tear it down, yes it may be old and ugly but that's part of its charm. I went to my first real concert here. It would be heart breaking to never be able to return!

I really hope this gets stopped, by far the best venue I've seen in Atlanta. I've went to many shows there over the years, basically grew up going to shows there. It'll be a sad day if it's allowed to come down.
