The masquerade was where i saw my frist live show. It is not a good idea to destroy such an iconic part of alot of peoples lives.

Sure it's somewhat of an eye sore, but everyone loves it. It's a great smaller venue. Tickets are affordable. I've had some great times there and would hate to see it go. I know others share the sentiment. Build apartments somewhere else.
