I've had several awesome nights of music here at the masquerade. I have many great friends in bands who have played at this venue and who have enjoyed seeing shows there. This venue should continue to exist and be able to provide music for everyone. Music = Art, Music = Life!!

I've been going here since I was a kid, you can't allow this place to be closed down. It should be a national landmark in my opinion.

Please don't do this. The Masquerade now has the Masquerade Music Park next to it, and what would the park be without the Masquerade? This is an amazing, intimate venue. Please let Atlanta continue to appreciate it. Apartments can be built anywhere, but you can't replace the Masquerade.

It would truly be a shame to see such a beloved cultural landmark of Atlanta destroyed just to make way for more apartments. Atlanta has plenty of those. There is not another place like the Masquerade.

This venue is the musical memory of my younger years. Without this place I would not be the music guru I am now. The youth of today and tomorrow need a place as raw and true as The Masq!!.

I have attended many concerts here!! I was extremely disappointed when the parking lot next to it got turned into a park causing all of us to park on the street further away. Now, you want to tear it down! This building has historical value as well as a great venue for local bands to have the chance to play with bigger bands! I'm signing this out of hopes that it will help save this building!!
