What a loss this would be. The county is so backwards, multiple arborists have declared that it is safe to leave these trees!

The trees create a unique space and should remain. Accommodate them by filling and repaving the lot to smooth it out.

Save the trees. It provides shade to keep player, spectators and visitors comfort in the shade. I take my grandchildren to the park and have picnics under the stress. If removal is inevitable what are the alternatives to getting shade .

Don’t take the trees down!!! They’ve been here longer than cars have been on the planet. Put nature first for once!

Please study European models of phased replacement rather than adopting this extreme strategy,

It is so important to keep the trees at Honokaa park. They provide shade and make the area so much more beautiful. And it is even more important that we do what we can to preserve nature. It is not worth cutting down so many beautiful trees.

Removing these trees would be a huge disservice to our community.

Those trees are beautiful! They don't deserve to be destroyed to save some pavement. It would be a terrible loss!
