These trees have more to give to the community and should be protected

Cutting these trees will contribute to the effects of deforestation we see today. Intense heat, fires, etc. Keep the trees! Especially for shade for the keiki!

Takes a very very long time to grow trees

Removing those healthy trees is ridiculous. They are some of the only shade trees in the park

We love these trees. The parking lot isn't even that bad to go this route. Please do not cut them down.

Fix the bathrooms and other problems before cutting down the beautiful trees. So sad that they would try to remove the trees that are the gem of the park instead of responsibly using tax payer money to improve the run down facilities. Our keiki deserve better!

The park already has too few trees, these trees are doing a job. The parking surface has been lumpy for thirty plus years and I don’t know anyone who has complained.

I walk the surrounding mahogany trees at the Honokaa County Park every morning for many years and enjoy the beauty, shade and peace that makes the park so special. Please consider alternate solutions to preserve the mahogany trees. Mahalo
