Why should the trees have to suffer over something that humans are responsible for. It's time we as the smarter species on this earth stop to consider the accidents are caused by the driving the cars. If the state don't want to get sued, than it's up to the Judges to throw those cases out.

I believe the DOTA and the residents can come to a compromise. The trees don't just jump in people's way, and they are very beautiful.
