I am very sad to see that the Lab School is considering a closure of the pool. Not only is it a tremendous benefit to the Lab School community, but it is a wonderful asset for the wider community for whom swimming is a critical part of their health and well-being. I do hope that the school will reconsider this plan. Thank you!

Both my daughters swim for SDS at Lab School -- it's a great resource for them and very convenient for me. Please don't close it.

I really enjoy coaching at this pool! The students and swimmers who are able to use the pool for after-school programs, team practices, and community swim love the time that they have in the pool.

The pool is underutilized because it is rarely open please consider adding weekday lunchtime hours.

What has changed the Lab School's mind about using the pool for their students? Did they consider the need for a new theater when they built the high school? The pool has become a great resource for the Palisades community and the school needs to consider the impact of destroying it.
Please keep the lab school pool open
