It's time to move forward. The naysayers need to stop the bickering. We all need to collectively come together and work with Wayne Rosen. We want our GOLF COURSE BACK!

Any reduction of density is positive for the Keys Gate community. A renovated golf course as discussed would be a very welcome upgrade.

Lets get it done. I want a nice bar for all the Key Gate people to hang out. Miss the good old days.

The area around the golf course butterfly and tennis court is owned by the Keys Gate Community Association.

It just makes sense there hasn't a new business established in that area in years.

Without the golf course our homes will continue to lose value. The golf course will only enhance the value.

Let's bring some long overdo economic growth to Homestead and move forward to build this golf course and impact our community in a positive way!

I approve the golf course, but I'm not clear on the mixed use portion. I would not approve any change to the surrounding land around the club house (butterfly park, tennis court and open area)

Let's get behind Mr. Rosen's plan to renovate the golf course. We are lucky he wants to invest in our community, I agree a win for the City of Homestead.

I remember in 1995 to present when I lived in center gate as a renter my husband and I would go over to the restaurant and have brunch occasionally walk the golf course. it would be a shame to lose this since it played a role in selling those beautiful homes. would be great to have some tournaments there again and put it back on the map.
