I am putting in a petition to keep the keys gate.Golf course. I have been a resident of Florida for 26 yrs and even worked in 2000 at keys gate clubhouse. So I am asking to please keep the. Golf course for my retirement needs . sincerely. Mrs Leticia Tamos

I am for the golf course renovation as I live walking distace. It is one if the reasons I purchased here.

The golf course was a social meeting place for years, not only for locals but residents of the keys would come to eat, play golf, and relax for the day. It would be damaging to our town not to rebuild such a beautiful place. There is nothing around that compares to the location, view, or gathering place.
And I believe adding single family homes to the area will only raise property values to the established homes that have been here for years.
I feel both items above are a win situation for the city of Homestead.
