I'm for re-opening the golf course. Not letting a group that will benefit from the building of more multi-family units control the outcome!

The golf course has a major effect on home values. It is one if the reasons I purchased here.

I support the renovated golf course and the changes which will lower the number of homes in our community but provide us with a beautiful Golf Course!

This golf course will add beauty and green space and it will be an economic boom for this area.

As a Keysgate homeowner I support this initiative because it is beneficial for all of Homestead. I'm ready to play golf and see an increase in my property value!

A quality golf course and nice single family homes is a windfall for everyone in our area ... Golf promotes excellent values and a sense of community. Opportunities for our youth to grow in a productive and respectable environment are rare and priceless.

Hi Al, Your purchasing agent should have told you what was going on with the golf course, or the seller if you did not use an agent. When we purchased our home on the golf course, the first thing our agent and the sellers told us was that there was no guarantee that the golf course would always be there. It was explained to us very clearly that the course was privately owned (by Thompson at that time) and that the owner had no obligations to Keys Gate or the City. Sounds like you should be angry at that agent or the sellers. Ted

One of the reasons I bought my property is because of the Golf course and I am for the renovations.

I, for one, feel that I was fraudulently led to buy a home with a golf course ADVERTISED as a nearby amenity prior to closing last year - and not a word said about it being currently closed/closing or an option for future dense housing. Not to put the cart before the horse, but a strong threat of legal action by he entire class of homeowners should accompany this petition. Al Reinauer

I support the renovated golf course and the three changes which will lower the number of homes that are currently approved in our region.

We enjoy the luxury of having a golf course and tennis courts in our neighborhood. That distinguishes Keys Gate community from all others in the Homestead area.
