The golf course is extremely important to this area. Any attempts to stop the renovations are small minded and self serving.

Both areas are zoned to build more unit. This petition is asking for a change to lower the units. Units will be built no matter what and if the golf course remains closed, you bet the enite eastside will be nothing but townhomes and condos.

Time to get the person that bought the golf course to live up to what it was bought for. GOLF. We don't need any more homes in our area, it is over crowded enough as it is with the traffic problems and over building. We all know that Keys Gate Reality and Page Lattner just want more homes to sell. It is time to turn over the properties to the neighborhoods now, all of the homes have been sold for a long time now. Save the golf course from developers.

We are currently renting here, but want to buy a house in the next few months in this location because of the golf course. There are already so many houses in this area, we need more playgrounds and parks. I would rather see a water park go up than more houses with nothing for the community to do around here.

as a resident of monroe county/upper keys we really miss our golf course! One of the few things we can do within driving distance outside of the Keys.
