The original art deco frontage must be kept intact and this entrance used for the cinemas, not for the flats.

Greedy property developers have already ruined the front of Holland Park. Will someone at the town hall please get some balls and tell them all to f*** off!

It is lovely for our children to be able to walk to our local Cinema and watch a movie.

This lovely building should be preserved. Too much of Ke sington's history is being painted over by developers

Please save this beautiful building. It is a mark of the history of the area and needs preserving. Soon Berkeley Homes will have taken over Kensington and it will lose even more personality than it already has. History, beauty and the culture of the area is surely more important than lining the pockets of multi-imillion pound developers? Please do what the residents want and not what government pockets think they need.

The immediate area already has a number of new developments under construction. Without having even been occupied/constructed the traffic around Earls Court road/Pembroke Road and Warwick Road is already horrendous and this can only make matters worse.

This is a treasured local amenity, being sold off, this developement will damage the community and the council that allows it to happen. The electorate may not forgive you.

This is tragic - the only cinema locally dating back to the 1920's. Completely wrong to takethis away from. A couple of screens under a car park is hardly the same

Only spotted the proposal accidentally. I live about half km away and was not consulted in any way. I object to loss of amenity, loss of jobs and loss of much-loved building. I have no confidence that if the cinema is demolished it will be replaced. Why destroy a community asset and add to the homogenisation if our high street? Clearly residents do not want this destruction.
