I honestly cannot believe how fast this is growing and it makes me feel like maybe people are actually listening for once even though the silence from the office is still just so loud right now. It is wild to see so many names piling up because it proves we are not just imagining the frustration that has been building up in the community for ages.

It is really embarrassing for the entire community to have this issue. In order to resolve this issue new BoT and BOD committe is selected by new free and fair election. This committee is not only destroying IANT image but also destroying IQA. Members with conflict of interest should be banned from even participating in the new election. I agree that the level of education is going down as every year they change the principal of IQA. It seems obvious that they want to destroy IQA on the expense of peace academy. As IQA enrollment is decreasing and peace academy enrollment is increasing every year. Now they are after the imam. That is too much.
This board members are the biggest fitna of our community. It's time to step down. They are trying to destroy IANT AND IQA. running Salam foundation/ peace academy and also want the chair our IANT. they are firing all the good teachers from IQA. Every year now became a joke to have new principal. Disrespectful let our Imam Yusuf go and now trying to destroy the reputation of Imam Spendim. Tired of watching this behavior. May Allah guide them and we don't want them anymore.
IANT boards are destryoing the masjid and institution (IQA) and causing fitnah in community. Situation become so bad, police came inside masjid to prevent fighting in front of kids who go islamic school. They have cronyism, dictatorship, election fraud, big egos and they dare to write against imam of community by disrespect him. They destroy IQA also by firing teachers for ego and every year new principal. This year also principal leaving. No one can deal with these egos. They have conflict of interest, board members from peace academy are also managing IQA. Please ask them leave IANT and IQA for sake of ALlah.. please sign petition and spread word, please.
Need new change! A decade of nonsense and losing great people like omar Saleem and Abdul Rahman Murphy.
Absolutely shameful conduct from BOD members. What kind of message would we be sending to our Muslim youth if they stay?

Instituting a "fact-finding" committee will not result in anything meaningful. It will result in another report which will end up on the shelf or in the trash can. Let's not waste anymore valuable time. We need profound change NOW
