Reflection:
IANT people those who served in past and now reached above 60 -70 years and some of them gone back Allah were nicer and had wisdom even though they did have politics but were still able to resolve the issues so it was never spilled out in public
IANT 35 -59 Years old generation are using saturated politics which will not resolve the issues or provided concrete solutions for growth of the organization so now we are seeing the issues are coming into public.
IANT 22- 34 years old (The majority American born generation) who were never fully engaged, mentored to become part of this organization so they have moved on with their life and it was a great lost.
Observation:
IQA Facility (overdue and still unfulfilled promise after 13 years)
IQA Leaderships (Principle) many came and gone. Not sure if any of them ever wished to comeback.
IQA Staff: Many dedicated silent one stayed and many other good one let go)
IQA Students: Most impacted ones as bonds are built automatically with leadership of principal, teachers and fellow students where instability continue impacting them psychologically)
IANT Sisters: There were some star represented organization in the past but it is continue lacking true representation
IANT Youths: majority of them lost and able to serve community, others are gone online and other venue to express their opinions
IANT Outreach- Reverts and others who could have been backbone were not able help due to saturated politics and vision within organization.
Imams:
Imam Yusuf Kavaci had been gone through many struggles but he learned the arts of maneuver and it took it time. I still remember in the late 90’s he gave one of his Friday Khutaba where during the mentioned he will not be continue with IANT due to issue where some people did not liked his way. The issues were resolved and he stayed for long time as the people of that time were able to resolve the issues.

Sharing from a great article that talks about the exact problem we are facing here at IANT.
"Masjids and imams breaking up isn’t just a sad love story. The exodus has started. It should be a wake up call. Organizations need to refocus and realign. Take the role of being a representative for the community seriously – see what they need, find the leadership to lead it, and create the support structure to sustain it.
I’m happy that we’re developing organizations and institutions that will serve the community, and providing outlets for people to develop and grow. However, it comes at the trade-off of that happening in the masjid and the masjid no longer being the point of attachment for the hearts of the community.
The checks and balances in our community are out of whack. An administration should not be able to drive out people the community loves. They can only do this when there is apathy in the community. Although, it must be said that even when people care, constitutions and procedures get amended to formally marginalize those who do.
There is no straight answer to the question: Now what?
We need to marginalize the influence of those who want to build jannah on earth through the Masjid and shift to building our akhira."

"We dream of the masjid being a community center, but without someone to lead the community, and without servicing the needs of the community – the institution will break down. It will become a place where you go for Juma and taraweeh. But for anything meaningful outside of the ritual acts of worship, you’ll have to go elsewhere (as many already are)Masjids and imams breaking up isn’t just a sad love story. The exodus has started.
