The federal protection for our honu remains locked in place because the proposal to delist them was officially rejected. My heart is full knowing these turtles have the security they need to thrive in our waters. We must stay alert to ensure these protections are never threatened again.
We the undersigned are concerned by recent, misguided efforts to remove the honu (the Hawaiian population of green sea turtles) from the U.S. Endangered Species List, an action that is not supported by current scientific findings. We support the continued federal protection of the Hawaiian population of green sea turtles, and oppose any delisting decision that fails to meet rigorous scientific standards, protocols and investigations.
I see these turtles in the water every morning and know how fragile their future remains without federal protection. We need to reach five hundred signatures to ensure our concerns reach the right desks before a decision is made. Please push this link out to your circles tonight so we can hit that mark.

Watching these numbers climb reminds me of the afternoons I spent watching these turtles struggle against the tide near my childhood beach. Help me get to the next goal before the review board meets so they realize how many people care about our honu.

Please Save Our Precious Sea Turtles..
Not just green sea turtles but also all of their species..
As we all may knew, their now is in danger of extinction.. And most of it unfortunately due to humans activity.. While Sea Turtles chance of life itself is very very small..
They need decades to reach their adulthood make their life chance become smaller..
So rather than make its chance even more smaller we could just help them to increase that, isn't it ?
If not us, who else could do that? The responsibility of the damages is us, so it's also us who have to "fixed" it..
Transform to be a person who could also "Give" not only "Consume".
As a human we could do that..
I hope we all could remember about that..
So, Let's Save Our Precious Sea Turtles

Please put them on the endangered list. They are beautiful & amazing to see in the ocean when snorkeling. I even am going to get a sea turle tattooed on my ankle.

HI can't let this happen. Global stocks are in decline, and there is no room to deplete ocean resources further.
