Feb 05, 2019 Maybe you have forgotten about it because the hotel hasn’t seen an increase in business, which would be needed to make it 1- profitable and 2- sustainable enough to fix its disrepair. Please stop with the ‘save our beautiful building’ and think of the family inside being creased with ever rising costs and no income to sustain it!! Absolutely selfish!! Why not get a go fund me going and save it yourself!!

Everybody read the planning before signing please. It’s not a monstrosity it’s at the same level as what your looking at currently and the proposed flats will have there own parking! This solving the parking problem you seem to think you will have. Because it's been a year since the last attempt to demolish the Hotel.does not mean We have forgotten about it . Say No to developers , we do not need yet another old building replaced with a hidious ugly Block. There are enough monstrositys in New Brighton, just look at their oversized nursing homes next to The Station. No No No .

Have you even read this petition? It’s says associated parking spaces? This leads me to believe that you have not read the actual planning permission either - which states that the parking for the apartments will be on site and will not create a parking issue to you! If the hotel was to continue trading with weddings etc then you would continue to have a problem parking as the hotel can hold functions for up to 150 people and the car park only holds 8-10 cars? I think this planning app is considering the needs of the community re lack of housing.

This building was built approx 1870. If this building is demolished it would be a great loss to the area. What is happening to New Brighton? Since the hotel Victoria was demolished everything that has been built looks wrong and makes the area look a mess.

Losing the Hotel Victoria was enough, please don't let us lose another building which makes the resort looks classy.

There will be no old buildings left in New Brighton.Sick of all the new apartment blocks going up and taking the place of historic buildings in the area

This business is an important part of the local community. But especially so its historic building.

Demolishing beautiful buuildings like this one is criminal
