C'mon now! You must be tough to be named after a castrated turkey and STILL win bowls and championships. There is nothing inherently tough about a fighting gobbler or hokie or turkey. What IS tough is someone who can stand up to the ridicule and still break open a can of whoop a$$ in a classy, dominating manner. Leave the Hokie Pokie alone. I look forward to seeing it!

Keep the Hokie Pokie!! It's done by the band and the spectators always enjoy it. Plus the band members will always remember it as one of the highlights at VT. Its fun....something that is lacking today. Sometimes it's just fun to do something childlike and what beats halftime at Lane Stadium?

At least keep it in EVERY halftime show.
I grew up in Lane, the Hokie Pokie was the highlight of every game for me and turned me into a lifetime fan. It's a staple of the Virginia Tech Football Game.
I'm ok with you moving it, but please keep it a staple of the game.

The Hokie Pokie is a long standing tradition at VT Home football games and while its nice to change things up, this is not one of them! Please reconsider not performing this song. As an Alumni, and a parent of a current Hokie, I implore you to reconsider.
