I am not a VT grad but have been to many games. The Hokie Pokie has been a tradition at VT for 40 years. Why would you want to change something that the crowd absolutely loves?

Come on now! First it was removing the "Stick it in" and now eliminating the Hoke Pokie? Are you serious? What next?

The Hokie Pokie is not a throwaway tradition. It needs to remain a part of Hokie football.

I can't believe you would even consider eliminating the Hokie Pookie from games. I guess I need to get used to my alma mater letting me down in 2017. First the atrocity of honouring a dog killer. Now this.

No!!! It is a tradition. It is what we look forward to. Please do not do this. We need traditions.

This is one of the most unique traditions in the country! It needs to stay! Let's Go Hokies is for the beginning of the game!

As a former MV this is highly insulting. The "marketing team" as already added can music to dull the atmosphere in Lane Stadium. What's next? Do away with live music period?

This is a tradition that, in my opinion, can't be replaced. Everyone in the stands enjoys this tradition and participates. With all of the turmoil in our country right now, this needs to continue.
