This is ridiculous! It's the only way we get to make fun of ourselves!

Class of 1990 One of the best traditions! The game would not be the same without it. What does that mean a tougher atmosphere? How about one of fun and enjoyment?

As an alum (Communication '05), I feel the Hokie Pokey needs to stay. If we're serious about "tradition never graduates," the Hokie Pokey is part of that spirit.

Why would you take that out? You can have a "tough" atmosphere and still do family friendly things. That kids (and adults) love it. If they don't, oh well, go to the bathroom or get a drink during it!

I have lived in Blacksburg for my entire life and the Hoki-Poki is a great tradition during the ball games. Please continue this tradition.

The Homie Pokie is one of the first traditions shared with me as a senior in high school. I understand moving it, but it should be played at EACH game! c/o 2004
