Really?? I'm all for change but doing away with the Hokie Pokie?? Will the next change be to the entrance song from "Enter the Sandman" to "Twinkle twinkle little star"??

There is not one good reason to change this tradition - you can take what you wanted to replace it & put it at the start of the second qtr & work just fine.

Just ridiculous to do away with the Hokie Pokie! Some traditions must carry on -- and isn't fun supposed to be part of all sporting events? Shame on whoever is really behind this decision.
